Because it's a Cryer product who are trying to create a legal version of Cardamine, which would push the outcasts and their illegal cardamine off the market.

I imagine that Synth. Marijuana is a completely different drug from Cardamine, much less intense and addictive. How can in possibly compare to Cardamine? Being a nation that is addicted to a very severe drug, what sense does it make for them to ban another, different, less intense drug? Also, how would banning it even stop Cryer from creating 'a legal version of Cardamine'?. It seems highly unlikely that a legal version of Cardamine can be produced from Synth. Marijuana.

How would making it legal in Outcast space affect the profits they make of smuggling cardi?

lso, the infocard on Liquid Cardamine is wrong, it's only useful for the Nomads. If a human uses it, it kills instantly, 100% of the time. It's like shooting bleach into your veins.

It carries with it an even greater effect than regular Cardamine, making subjects faster, stronger and more intelligent.

So does it kill instantly yes or no? Is there and 'official' position that the devs have? I searched for 'liquid cardamine' and found conflicting posts everywhere.. some say it kills, others say it's just highly concentrated and doesn't kill.
