Interspace Commerce Feedback and information

The quote from Furyoku's infocard:

"Interspace Commerce, who agreed to insure and finance it in exchange for 5% of the H-Fuel profits and also being permitted to construct a base in Okinawa"

is rather ambiguous. Finance generally means loan, doesn't it? Which would imply the GMG needs to make payments.

Plus, from our previous threads with GMG-Kusari, I remember Dab saying the GMG and Kishiro are in debt to IC. He's the system developer, it might be up to him to clear it up.

My only problem is that IC decided GMG hasn't been paying its payments, although we are still able to supply two houses freely. I don't think any GMG players were contacted to discuss RP along these lines.
