Inspekteur Weiss welcomed both Thomas Williams and Sir Fraiser, Duke of Norfolk upon arriving to the Conference room. After they all took places, Williams decided to open the conversation with jumping right on topic. At this time, the Duke of Norfolk stayed quiet and simply observed the meeting.

- First of all, please let me welcome you personally in Nibelung Plaza. Yes Mr. Williams, I've received your transmission and have forwarded your request to the Rheinland Military High Command, ever since they were the ones who requested the before mentioned embargo. However, due to recent resignation of Admiral Voelkel, I am not sure if any Rheinwehr representatives will be attending to our meeting any time soon. Never the less, we can still discuss this problem and might come up with a solution.

[color=#000000]Weiss stood up and walked to a pack of documents. She took the first 3 folders and went back to the table.

- As I've studied the history of this embargo, I've noticed that the reason behind it was the matter of close connections between Bretonia and Liberty. Also, from a source unidentified by security reasons, Rheinwehr had proof of Liberty gaining Rheinland built military equipment that was intended to head for the Bretonian front lines. As far as I understand, this was the main reason and I personally agree with the actions previously taken by Admiral Voelkel. If we wish to discuss about ending this temporary regulation, we should first talk about how Bretonia would ensure that an event like so would never happen again, since both of you know, we are still in war with Liberty.

Helga was not sure if she isn't pushing the limits, but this was her temper. She obviously understood what is to come next, and was already preparing for the worst, but without showing the slightest sign of that, he sat back to her chair.
