I'm afraid, adding it to the mod itself would be too difficult to implent.
And I doubt, that even 1/10 of the active Disco players even read the rumors and infocards sometimes.

Sad actually, since some stuff is quite interesting and well written.
(Infocards do also help me, writing my biography stuff.)
