* Can demand any non-house police or non-house military ships to drop any contraband
* Can hunt pirates and terrorists anywhere in Sirius except for the Omicron systems

* Cannot ally with anyone except other Vigilantes
* Cannot attack any lawful police or lawful military except in self defense

* Cannot trade or escort traders
* Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
* Can only land on Bounty Hunter, Zoner, IMG, Neutral, and Freelancer bases

Erm, what I understood from this, Vigilantes should be more agressive then a police. I.e., if a police may let someone who they dont have solid evidence against just go free, Vigilante would often just kill him, even if it makes him a criminal according to the law. They're like, somewhere in between "lawfull" and "unlawfull" sides, ready to use all means necessary to "punish" (which in FL often means KoS... not always, though) the "evil" (read: unlawfulls) as they see it, often going against the law while doing so.
Am I mistaken?
