This will be cool. Also, if we can build bases freely, does that mean we can destroy bases just as freely? I mean, eventually the place will be overcrowded with bases.

Good question, my two cents say the building and destruction ( if possible) of bases should be faction specific, at least to start with. Therefore the building, operation and destruction would be part of the RP environment and there wouldn't be a free for all, and I say this as a player who isn't a member of any faction.
