Debate of intentions - Rheinland and Bretonia

As you know, Rheinland relies on Bretonian raw materials and goods, such as super alloys, Beryllium, hull panels and the such. About half a year ago, your country has decided to refrain selling military vehicles to Bretonia, and instead it has decided to let them be supplied to Kusari, via various entities. We have even heard reports that the Kusari have been shipping your Military Vehicles (for the rest of this conversation, I will address them as MVs)
Bretonian shippers, notably Bowex) and the merchant navy [Convoy] used to travel to Rheinland frequently, supplying Munich with Gold, Ore, Super alloy and the like, in exchange for Rheinland MVs. The way to Munich is a difficult, long one riddled with pirates. It is two systems away from New Berlin. We Used to buy your MVs frequently since we needed them, and they allowed us to have a fluid trade route. But with the inability to Import MVs, that route has been cut off. As I'm sure you are aware, your companies must spend additional funds moving the materials we export, to Munich. This cost doesn't have to be necessary.

As I have said multible times, I am here to Petition the Rheinland government to Once again open the Export of Military Vehicles to Bretonia.

I'm sure you don't know this, but I will inform you of the changes that have happened since this embargo.
a) Due to the looming threat of Kusari's invasion, Bretonia Still requires more MVs. Since we no longer receive Rhienland ones, We have routes more of our routes to Liberty, Buying theirs. Before, their products were only funded by Liberty, but now that we are buying, The company which makes it is constantly making updates to thier product, catching up to the performance of your own. Do you wish for this to continue?
b) Many Bretonians are unhappy about Rhienland's descision for this embargo, many of our own traders have decided to divest from Rhienland altogether. In fact many of our own employees have decided to form alternate routes, exporting the same product for similar equipment.

I have heard that Rheinland Is afraid that Bowex) or [Convoy] Shippers will send Rhienland MVs to Liberty. I find this to be a ludicrous fear, as we haven't been caught doing this. Additionally a Kusarian is just as likely as us to break your trust and supply your MVs to liberty. I this you should be aware that Bretonia has the luxury of sending Liberty some of your war machines we have received from you, for research purposes. We have not done this in order not to break your trust. What have we done to break this trust? But if rhienland wishes to give Kusari the weapons to indiscriminately murder our women and children. We will not sit down and do nothing about it.

Do you not remember what the Kusari have done to the three Junker transport redirecting thier own refugees out of the sigmas? Don't you remember how the Kusari heartlessly slaughtered them all? Do you really think they will not do the same to us Bretonians?....Does Rhienland want to be known in history, for exclusively fueling the effort, of Kusari's genocide of Bretonians? Assuming they succeed in the war. The Rhineland Government historically has had a high value for life. Am I to hear that this is no longer true?
Simply closing the embargo of your MVs towards us will no give historians room paint this horrible picture of your great nation...."
