I must protest the blatant interference by a high ranking government official in a civil matter brought forth by my clientl!
This is a court of law and equity, not some monkey room wherein unelected officials can feel free to play and ignore the established rule of law and procedure!
If the LSF deems fit to add their view on the matter, they, like the rest of us, must wait until a summons is issued, a defense claimed, and discovery begins!
