My name was Marcus. I was an employee at USI, a transport pilot like many others. I was terrible, however I had one skill that came in handy for them. I've heard most of you are ex-Ageira. I'm not but from what I've been able to piece together from less then secure transmissions been left around, perhaps on purpose even, your goals are the same as mine. Bringing down the corruption from big companies like Ageira and USI.
When I quit USI, taking a sizable amount of trading route data with me, I ended up on Erie. I had to make a deal with some lowlife ship dealer to get myself back into space, seeing as USI closed down my accounts the moment they discovered what I had taken.
In the following days I visited rochester where the Rogues were able to provide me with upgrades to my weapon systems in exchange for bounty hunter, Police and Navy pilots that I captured on my trips through the asteroid fields surrounding Rochester.
One thing was peculiar, I ran into a Navy officer by the name of Malfur. This rat bastard suddenly popped up behind me and managed to blow a hole in my cargo hold. Thereby ofcourse killing a few officers but who cares about them.
After that it was a pretty smooth ride to Buffalo, dodging West Point, and onto Mactan. There I received missions of increasing difficulty of killing mostly bounty hunters but also the occasional Xeno or Liberty officer.
Nothing much out of the ordinary from that. The only mention I should make is that I did observe a Hacker by the name of Largo in and around Mactan. We didn't exchange much besides pleasantries, if even that.
