necessitated the creation of a more secure communication system. Many of our enemies use such services and
I feel no shame in emulating their successful strategies.

This communication system is divided into public and private sections. The public sections will contain suitable
recruitment information and registration information. The private sections will contain unit, operations, and
equipment information.
