In addition, I've talked with Vladamir before about Scorpions. While I agreed that we would use the Scorpion less often (which we did and continue doing), I made myself very clear in that we reserve the right to use the ship when we like and how we like. End of story.
I'm not sure why you posted this other than, maybe, gaining a +1 and trying to get more responses to this thread, but situations where we have this many Scorpions around are very, very, very, VERY rare.

Regardless, there are no rules prohibiting the use of ships in this manner (I.e, in massive numbers). If you don't like running into Scorpions, then either run away (a sure way to end up dead anyways) or *gasp* role play with us! Act like a human actually would. Be scared, be curious, be SOMETHING other than silently tapping Shift + W or saying nothing to us.

Because you still have ****loads of scorpions. See, yesterday it was 2 scorps and one bomber to kill traders. Why? Do you need scorps to kill traders? Really? Why can we use fighters for that and you need gb that equals a cruiser in firepower to shoot traders? But anyway, it's not about killing traders and miners because, frankly, i don't exactly care. And then it was 3 scorps and 1 bomber to fight fighters and bomber. Yeah, sure, limiting scorpion numbers my arse.

What i care about is this. Let's work with this line by line.

What do you think is proper roleplay when you meet the "unmanned disposable drone causing pain to humans" for the 2657567634536345245345534s time? Human would not be scared or curious, human would go "sigh" and start shooting. If you want to RP, bring actual wild ships with infected humans onboard that can talk. How the hell are traders or not traders supposed to "RP" with scorps that go **nonsense** **purge** if not by shooting?

Example. I was flying around on SCRA fighter with other guys a few months ago when we met a scorp. Usual **rp* ensued. When scorp was dried up, however, it stopped moving or shooting. Yay! Let's have some arpee! So we started flying around, thinking (out loud and in open comms, like everybody on disco does for some reason) about towing it to base for research and maybe removing his weapons just in case it wakes up and whatnot. What did this wild do? Well, he sat still for a while then tried to cheapshot one of us. Silently, of course. It's an unmanned drone after all, zzzz.

Yeah, 3 scorps and bomber - not a single goddamn wraith! - is surely a good, balanced force.

So yeah, to put it simply. Most factions around, official or not, tend to 1) use fighters above all other things and use other things only when nessesary to counter ships of another class 2) engage in duels if way too superiour and nothing special happened 3) try to maintan fair number of people involved in the fight (yeah "try" to, obviously sometimes people fail at it, i myself do it sometimes, you can't see everything in the heat of battle, but at least people generally try to) 4) fight to the end if batlle is at least partially winnable; etc. etc.

Wilds stand aside from that general practice. Actually, Keepers too, i guess it's not the right place to discuss it, but since some people are here talking about their non-wild (i assume it means those keepers scorps which is really retarded) 8 nom turret scorps . I see more interesting gameplay interactions from pretty much everything, even corsairs in gamma. At least those have official factions who try to engage in usual fighter battles and keep hordes of ossies and legates in bay. Wilds don't have such official faction, it just looks like it's a bunch of legates from gamma shrinked to the scorp size, i.e. bunch of indies. See:

1) Wilds almost never use fighters. I guess it's because you're bad in them generally, but the answer to that is not scorps. See, i was bad in fighters too (now i'm average, nothing more), so i had practice. That's what you need to do, either practice or get new people or both, not rely on scorpion spam.
2) Well this one is funny just because wraith is such a rare sight in wild raids that there's almost no possibility for a fighter duel, but well, you fly bombers more than wraiths for some weird reason, so why not engage in bomber duels? You see, we once had this situation: two bombers of yours fight our bomber and fighter while we have 2 more fighters flying around because we try to keep things fair, obviously your guys get dry. So then one of you just runs away, another one tries to too, but got cded and offered a duel by our bomber. His answer? Thrust until shot down. What's the point?
3) Well this one is no-brainer, as new sanction titles say. In this very thread in the last 12 hours you talked about 2 scorps and bomber engaging single bomber (and failing to kill it, obviously, because it's not what any sensible non-scorp-obsessed fighter-capable pilot would do) and didn't feel anything bad about it.
4) You always run from fights you think are not in your favour instead of trying to fight. And i don't mean only with snubs when they're being seen, those are rare sights indeed, it's even with "disposable unmanned drones intent on harming humans", i.e. scorps.

I've yet to see you having some really interesting RP. Mostly it's either trader/mining killing squads or scorp squads intent on shooting everything. You don't use RM craft for any kind of diversions, you don't really use mindrape for anything but "I'm RM MND, i'm not wild, RM, fight by our side". There are so many opportunities but you don't use them. Yeah, i guess wild iff kinda sucks, but if you mount all human guns you still can pass for human for those who play along or don't look too closely, it just requires some effort. To be honest, Wilds look more like a closed club of people who just know together and some of them happened to be in wilds so they just got everyone else in to chill around.
I'd say more but i'm bored already. What do i want to say is this: your faction has huge problems you either don't want admit ot fix. I personally don't have a problem with wilds, , so don't say i'm biased, i even helped them ingame when i met some wilds in snubs and we had a pew but then 6574565345345 lolwut bunters jumped in. So without any bias after some time of interaction with wilds i must state that i frankly don't think it's good enough for being official faction with terrorist id and closed recruitment. To be honest, i think your overall attitude is not good enough even for some unofficial faction. That's not for me to decide, of course, but it my opinion came to that during some last months even despite some attempts made on both sides and that's a shame but i guess we both can live with it..
