With the lag, a lot of the times, before I can get the /sendcash completed to a pirate I get blown up. On average, before leaving for vacation they wait no more than 10-15 secs. With lag, it could be 20-30 before they see it. Thus, at least six times I've paid out the millions in tax, and still got blown up and lost the cargo.

Take a screenshot of you sending the cash, along with the /time command. If they then blow you up, screenshot that with the /time command and file a sanction report.
