... the player behaviour and respect for zoner laws ( not just in-RP but also ooc respect ) and the WILLINGNESS to apply the consequences to ONESELF VOLUNTARILY have led to the decisions.
only last year we had so many complaints of people who only consider things from their very own unilateral point of view with an utmost disrespect for interactive roleplay that something had to be done.
the new NFZ are based on the principles of what is really important for zoners... and that means - zoners take no sides BUT their own. and while you are in their space, they are king, queen and the allmighty in one person... so you either submit or you bring bigger guns. ( which has happened countlessly in the past, too )
at least the concept is easy enough for everyone to understand now
summed up in one short sentence:
*** you threaten zoners or zoner property, you risk becoming a persona non grata to zoners with ALL its consequences ***
