So whats the deal with the Phantoms?
I was told they are disbanding the group because of inactivity.
1) Will ALL their systems be removed and/or belong to others in 4.86??
2) Story-wise, does the Order destroy them? what happens?
3) What happens to the Scimitar vessel?
It seem from the map that the Outcasts get the northern Phantom system - is this true?
4) who occupies the southern system, which is labeled as 'Border World' in the new map?
