Server Rules:
To my mind, it sounds like the pirate really wanted to have ALL the fun in this game, and leave nothing for the trader!

But the situation might be different than I think:D

I disagree friend....if the trader doesn't possess the common sense to avoid the trade lane they were just pirated in, then I would pirate them again, assuming they aren't a newer player, in which case I would probably let them go, but remind them it was perfectly within my right to pirate them again. A veteran 65 level player, for example, will get hit again because they should know better.

While 0.0 is by far the most importnat rule in my opinion, I don't think it applies to this situation. Part of the fun of being a trader is evading pirates, at least that's how I see it.
