EDIT: He decided not to use FR4. He could've, but he decided not to. We have used that to join (and the fact that DHC wasn't unhappy about that, for sure). Simple as that. Our main concern was how to avoid any fire with IMG/CR, I myself had some doubts we should go there at all due to diplomatic reasons. (Well, honestly, I didn't have any information on the event and just obeyed orders, but that's another story :) )
Funny thing is, that, according to the general idea of the event, it could've very negatively affected the balance of powers... but in reality, we just gave RM a little more time till the inevitable death. Which kinda shows there was a huge problem with balancing at start.
Also, I was mentioning a bit more factors then just different ID'ed players.
