I voted no personaly I feel that banning is a bit extream but this situation is a bit out of hand I think every one needs to just calm down step back breath for a bit and drop this whole thing in all honesty I agree with what Dab says about attacking Phantoms when ever he see's them, they are hostile against AW in all honesty I should be attacking them as well becuse they are hostile against TG, but I am new to this server and still trying to feel my way through, I personaly feel if you are going to play a character that is part of a faction that is hostile to every one you should expect fights every time you come out of a tradelane or a jump hole, and you should be starting most of those fights if the other person doesn't start them first, I fully expect every phantom I come near to attack me and kill me if they can that is part of the role play, but I also feel that trying to kick some one out of a system is wrong espeacialy if that system is not your home system, I would sugest that to avoid this sort of problem in the future if some one is killed in a system they stay out of that system for at least 4 hours unless there is some sort of RP event going on in that system

Umm please use periods. Also at the end there. Yea we need to make that suggestion of leave the system for 24 hours if you die 3 times by one person there. Say I kill some random Phantom in Theta, then he would have to leave and not come back for 24 hours. This idea could have prevented this entire thing.
