well it is a bit more complicated that that.

Ship is a private design, I was seeking it for an independent project not connected to Disco. So I am retaining full rights to it for that.

No, I was contacted and asked if I would mind having it included as a replacement for the Immortal Huntress. Due to the VERY alien aspect of the ship.

It simply wouldn't fit anywhere else, no matter how much people wish. For that I am truly sorry, I think it is a great design, but who would make it and why?

No, it fits where it is going beautifully. And I am fairly certain that some creative person will resurrect the Phantoms in some new form, and we will see a truly great RP-ship combo.

Good luck to that person I say.

Now as for other servers, they deserve their toys too. Let them have it and good luck to them!
