Yes. The Queen would associate with Privateers. There is perfect historical precedent. They are members of the BAF that interdict enemy trade. It isn't piracy. Honest.

Not only is there historical precedent, there is also fair reasoning in Discovery too. The Bretonians are rumoured to have dealings with the Outcasts under the counter and the Kusari do have dealings with Corsairs. Plus, I'm not letting the Kusari economy get anywhere! Also, if you have interacted with any QCP in game, you will find us most certainly very Bretonian. WE just don't get out much since Kusari is rather quiet.

Now, you miss the QCO. They are a military force, without question. You seem to be missing that rather often, though.

Read the faction status thread, you'll find that QCO have already done what you're so ignorantly proclaiming.
