The fact that player suggested that the OSI told him to fill a report against me for griefing is why I came here.

So why didn't you say that in your first post? Instead you claimed the encounter was what displeased you. Can't help if you point us in the wrong direction.

As for OSI suggesting him to file a report? No, from what I can tell in Skype, another member said something about what you did being grieving, but no where did OSI suggest that a file be reported.
