Z-2010 Pirate Light Fighter "Bloodhound"

Some data:
- Guns/Turrets: 3 / 1 (max weapon class 4 :: class 3 if you have to rely on civilian tech)
- Can mount mines, cruise disruptors and countermeasures
- Hull strength: 1,900 (max shield class 4 :: means ~1678 shield hit points, recharge is 37.3)
- Cargo space: 35 units
- Nanobots/Batteries: 14/14
- Power output: 1,500 u
- Power recharge: 157 u/s
- Package price: $26,620

So, as you can see, this ship is indeed a light fighter for the Rogues and Mollies.
Now I'm wondering if it's possible to have this vessel as the "starting vessel" for any generic pirate, or in other words, to declare it open use to the pirate ID.

Pro:
  • CD slot (the open use Mule freighter does not have one)
  • it's hardly abusable due to its light fighter stats (yes, you can fight the CSV's and Starfliers of the newbies but they still have the ability to defend themselves)
  • cheap vessel to begin a pirating career with (without the need to ask permission)
  • easily recognized as a pirate ship
Con:
  • Liberty Rogues and Mollies have no authority over this ship anymore
  • only class 2 & 3 weapons without permission, so you have to ask for class 4 technology
Please discuss this - why and why not this light fighter can be open use to the Pirate ID!
