Let alone when you start shooting around in NY 'for fun' before heading to conni. Also, shooting stuff and then fleeing to conni should be sanctionable imho.

It's all the new rage to pick a fight and run into conni when it goes south.

edit: isnt` it posisble to make a timer for the conni hole? Like, when you dock with it you have to sit still for 30 seconds or so. That ought to sort out oorp fleeing of snubs and gbs. Caps can't be taken down in 30 seconds mostly though.
