"Saving humanity from us? Or itself? How can you be so ignorant to the atrocities man commits to one another then spreads to those around it? How can you so naively hold yourself to such circumstances without seeing the logic behind the reasoning of others? Only a human can will themselves into such mental isolation. We do not kill you as though you were simple invaders. We kill you because there is no other method. Adapt or perish."
The figures then subside back into the shadows, their helmets dimming as they become one with the darkness. "Even now, you think only of yourself and roll your eyes as if nothing were wrong. Inside of your heart and your mind, it must be a constant war of coming to grips with reality and the imaginary scenarios you choose to see."
The door opens and Iruel walks from the chamber, "The Order will perish. Your domain extends to small area around Toledo and the entirety of the Omicron-100 system. One is your home and the other is merely a location for your forges. The Coalition makes the mistake of seeing itself as superior. That it has 'might'. The Order makes the same mistake. As does the other unlawful groups that futilely kick at the knees of something they have no hope of fighting. You call it free will and a voice to fight. But is it nothing more than the propagation of an idea? How many have to die to make a point, Jeremy? How many do you have to put in the line of danger as you seek to fulfill your own goals?
"If you don't want your family to die, stop hiding behind them like shields. Quit using them to justify your hidden agendas. And in war, people die. If you don't want them to, then send them home," They continued to walk to the hangar bay, where a small pod had been prepared. "We seek to show you the error of your blind ambition and that you are causing more harm to yourself and humanity than you are doing to help it. The Order will be euthanized with Sirius seeing it only as a selfish monster with the aims of holding all to itself."
Iruel turned directly to Hunter, gesturing to the pod. "This will take you to Omicron Delta. A trip that will last a day if you aren't intercepted or there are no celestial phenomenon. I can see that this entire endeavor was a waste of time and that your one-way mind will not allow you to comprehend that we are not the evil beings you perceive us as. We are at war. There is nothing more to it. Nothing less. We fight and we die for the same goals that humans hold dear: Our birthright."
Iruel erected his posture, the mask sliding back to hide his features. "Now Hunter, get the hell off my ship."
"THE HULL HAS BEEN BREACHED AND THESCIENCEIS LEAKING OUT!"
