We are the representative of the Blood Dragon faction as a whole. We are not responsible for the individual actions taken by every independant dragon, only for the actions taken by our official faction itself (]bd[ ships)and even then, the responsibility lies primarily within the person itself not with the entire faction (though we are accountable).

We can speak for the Blood Dragon NPC faction as whole however not for the actions of anybody who is not within the ]bd[. You may have individual neutral relations with individual pilots however that does not extend beyond these two people.

In fact, where did you take this 'It's only the ]bd[ who hate me' thing come from? You shouldn't be allying with us in the first place. Working with independents? I quote:

Pilot carrying this ID is a Bretonian Privateer, who :

• Can trade and escort Bretonian or Liberty traders
  
• Can demand credits or cargo from any factions that are not lawful Bretonian factions
  
• Can hunt pirates and terrorists within their Zone of Influence except Golden Chrysanthemums
  
• Can fulfil bounty contracts
  
• Cannot enter Rheinland, Liberty, Gallia or the Omicron and Sigma systems
  
• Cannot ally with anyone except with Bretonian lawfuls or Golden Chrysanthemums
  
• Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo

Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.

Wherein it is nowhere stated that you can ally with the Blood Dragons. In fact, you can't. You can only ally with Bretonian lawfuls and Golden Chrysanthemums. As the Blood Dragons and privateers have had no diplomatic relations in the past, it is up to official factions to hold diplomacy and determine non-existant RP relations, as is our every right. Currently, we have decided to maintain the relationship as unfriendly to hostile - something which the old QCP faction knew about.

Regardless of this, it is our every right to determine non-existant diplomatic relations for both our faction and our respective NPC faction as is the official faction right which I quote:

RIGHT 2) Official factions have authority over players of the same NPC affiliation, as long as RP justification is provided. This authority applies in forums and in-game, and applies to player faction diplomacy, and strategic and tactical direction. However, exercise of that authority, on the forums and in game, is restricted to official faction members with the rank of the official faction leader and one rank below him/her. The authority may be exercised through the use of in-game in-RP orders, which, if not obeyed, can result in in-game in-RP consequences (arrest, court martial, and even "lethal" force in extreme circumstances). Official Factions cannot, under any cicrumstances, require another player to follow non-canon RP if that player doesn't want to.

So yes, we do speak for the Blood Dragons and every single blood dragon including independants HOWEVER, not for the actions of every independant (making this clear now). There have been NO compalints by any independant Blood Dragon in relation to the unfriendly status privateer-blood dragon relations, nor any negative feedback for our official laws (http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=54543) which I would also like to point out that you are not listed under in the landing permits.

The Privateers and the Blood Dragons are both unfriendly toward each other. This has been established by both us and the QCP on a mutual basis - the present and past official factions that represent their respective NPC factions. Nobody has argued against this - no independant, no official faction member, and as is our official faction right, has been put into place and has ALWAYS been put into place. Regardless of the actions taken by individual blood dragons, our respective NPC factions are unfriendly toward each other. Perhaps you may have special relations with indpendants and that is perfectly fine however, to the ]bd[ and to most dragons, you are unfriendly and have no right to dock on Kyoto or any blood dragon base. Whilst we may aid you in fighting the KNF in some cases, in the end it is because yous are not on our hostiles list, only in our unfriendlies list. Still, we will not hesitate to attack. Perhaps this has been a misunderstanding on your case, so I will make this clear now.

You do not have, nor have ever had the ability to dock on Kyoto. Our current reputation towards each other is unfriendly-hostile. Please take this into consideration when flying in Kusari. If you don't, we shall have to forcefully use faction right 5) to make it this way (we have plenty of inRP justification).

I'm sorry to sound so blunt. I've enjoyed every encounter with you so far and hope to see more in the future. You have an excellent and enjoyable RP style and an generally, an honestly good addition to Kusari (I'm beyond.the.jumphole btw, and a ]bd[, though I haven't really met you on my ]bd[ yet). However one again, be aware of what I say.

As for capraids and more activity - Blood Dragon caps are quite restricted unfortunately - and not to mention they SUCK!! Worst cruiser in the game +1? Nonetheless, our activity tends to be quite sporadic - sometimes just one, sometimes many. I suppose if you'd like, we could encourage more gunboat activity..
