Sirius credit

The value of Sirius credits in Discovery is hugely inflated from what it was in the Vanilla game, mostly due to the availability of powerful ships like Battleships, as well the large cost of death associated with losing all cargo and all ammo, (In vanilla, when you died and simply re-spawned at your last save, all you lost was a bit of time. Now that there is actual fiscal loss associated with death, credit income rates exploded in order to make ammo and bots/bats affordable). Currently, I would estimate Sirius credits at holding a value relative to slightly more expensive than the current Euro, but that's just me... Honestly, I have no idea where people get the idea of paying 200,000 credits for a drink; 5 creds for a beer and 12 for a good meal seems a bit more reasonable.

That introduces another question now... what's going to be the unit classed as smaller than Sirius Credits?

Cause if you can buy a beer at 5 credits, how much would a single piece of candy the size of your thumb cost then? 0.01 Credits? :laugh:

Still, not really important in a game where you can't get out of your ship and buy things for your character. Maybe a mod can answer your question about this.
