Overview

Following the fall of the Traitor of the Coalition, The Volkhan, the people were in desperate need of fuel, supplies, and basic materials to help rebuild what was lost in the Great Civil War. The people cried out in one voice in demanding to be brought back to the greatness that they had once had. And their Premier answered.

With the GMG shut within Okinawa. No fuel could be shipped, and plenty was in supply.

With the availablility of Junkers in their expertise in scrap recovery, materials could easily be brought back at a low cost.

With the involvement of TAZ and OSI in recapturing Omega 52, routes were opened to help rebuild the people's trust in their great premier.

The people were given with a face to help in their hour of need, and the ELGNSCO was created, based on the old Sol history of the Sovcomflot, the first Russian shipping company established according to international shipping practices.
