I was saying nothing against you, Alvin. However, the reason that failed was more because the SCRA began talking to us less and less, even when we showed an interest in continuing talks.

But, that's all water under the bridge.

Forgive me, I wasn't bad mouthing, I was merely pointing out that the problem was the cap fleet. I was told by the ICMG leadership that the IMG cap fleet stays, I replied that we couldn't work with that. And thus talks broke down.
