Fighting the same (3 or 4) people over and over again in the same setting with 3 million NPC's all over the place gets old. Dieter had a nice thing going. If he can't continue, why doesn't another admin pick it up?

There are way more than 3-4 people. Just look at GRN|, you have loads of members. More than [C], and also more than +LE+. See what I'm seeing?
