Did I get you right? You want to connect the game with the server?
That are too many ooRP-information (and I don't know if a hyperlink is possible [and I don't want to bother anyone to type out the url]).

Of course, some factions could add this url, but I won't recommend it.

Game and server are already connected... I think? Be it a hyperlink, or just something along the lines "For seeing details and evidence, check SomePolicemanDatabase, page X" (and for the official faction notes we can skip that "here are the evidence" part if you trust them enough, for if the notes would have the line about who added them, you could see the official notes and non-official ones), it's still an easy way to counter the theoretical abuse, and when there's the choice between restricting fun and not restricting it, not restricting is better. I think. And that can be a lot of fun for all people involved, not just officials. Even generic ids can have their fun that way.

And it would actually make a good working in-game bounty board, too! Imagine this: everybody can actually issue bounty on everybody, place a note telling with specifics and/or where to find the proof of it existing... instant freelancer/merc char for me, for it will be interesting.
