In the whole Corsair-Zoner topic of rage, Jinx made this comment:

I've heard others share the same sentiment that too many factions have capital ships when it doesn't make sense. Personally, I agree as well. It seems odd that some of the more desperate factions like the Corsairs are able to have capital ships when they could better invest their money in building transports for artifact smuggling or buying more food. In fact, pirates and terrorists having capital ships in general confuses me. Very few terrorist groups have large sources of income and I doubt pirates make enough money from piracy to build capital ships. I'm even confused about how lawful factions like the Order have the money to build capital ships.
