Does Disco still have enough player base to keep running all factions ?

I have taken issues up with leaders, and admins, and filed sanction reports. "Official" at times also seems to mean above/immune to the rules others have to follow.

I do not see how official factions can be above the rules.
If stuff like this happens , I would like to see examples of it since that is clearly not the right way.
They should be setting an example , both to their new recruits as to everybody they interact with.

We all know who runs alot of factions.

Faction leaders should be trustworthy and reasonable,
and above all abiding the rules.
Next to that they should also be planning events , teaching stuff to less experienced, perform faction diplomacy,
etc. etc. etc.
If with the above quote , you mean admins , there's a couple of admins leading factions , there's lots of mods leading factions, devs too.
Maybe this could lead to conflict of interests , maybe that is what bothers you.
If that's the case it might be interesting to think about the following:
Should Admins/Devs/Mods be allowed to rule a faction?
At one hand especially mods and admins have somehow proven themselves to be reasonable and abiding the rules.
At the other hand that makes it easy to yell BIAS!!
So what do you people think about this?
