the thing is that 470 is very powerfull and very hot graphic card when is runing at 100%, so you must have a case with good air flow, that means at least one fan that takes cool air in (best position is on the side so the air directly "hits" your GPU and CPU) and one fan to take hot air out (best option is to mount that on the back of case) that way you will have best air flow posible, and it will pay off on the long run.
Also, mounting fans isnt difficult, all you need is to put them on designated places, screw them and conect them to power supply. If you dont want to do that, i'm sure that the personel from the shop you buy them from will do it for you.
p.s. if you decide to buy fans, dont forget dust filters, trust me, you will need them! ;)
