first of all hoban was the most annoying member in my faction I only kept if for so long because I didnt want to kick him out:( third he became a jerk so now he wants to talk junk so be it!

First of all, no one at Newark called you a "Stupid moron fish, look what a dumby he is buying noobs a new ship." No one said that. If I remember correctly, and I do, it was you who asked the Freelancers there why we had "Noob ships" and the only comment I stated was "Noob ship? Not exactly chap."

Second, I'm not crying over this. I took down your entire faction, by myself, your gunboat, with another person, and that "Blacknight" guy who decided to call my character a pirate, which is a high insult considering the line of work my Character actually came from. I did exactly what my character should have done when some enraged person decided to shoot two people who didn't do anything to you.

If you're that pissed off you shouldn't be playing the game to begin with, or else you get feedbacks like these. Moving from that, any self respecting leader on these forums wouldn't get enraged over being called stupid in character. First off, its just a word. Secondly, its an in character insult, and if you felt directly insulted by it as a player you should have taken it to OOC with the other player in private chat saying "Hey, could you probably use a less direct word." and so fourth, but instead, you come back in a Gunboat and shoot people who weren't causing any problems.

I know there are plenty of faction leaders on these very forums who do not tolerate people back mouthing them, and they don't go ingame, hunt down their former faction member and grief him because he left the faction. They leave him alone unless he causes problems for the faction, and saying that "their a thorn in my backside" isn't causing problems for anyone, and shouldn't.

I didn't start any fights, nor did anyone I was happily talking to. You came to Newark station, you started dialog with three people who were actually minding their own business, in the result of that, you felt that you were insulted, then you planet dived, then you brought a gunboat, then you shot two people. The only thing we did was roleplay who our characters are, and how they act in such situations. It's not our fault that you felt insulted. You had plenty of time to tell any one of us in private chat this. Not everyone on this forum is out to make someone have a bad day.

Now, the thing about this is that you're making threats you cannot keep. There are a lot of powerful pvp-oriented factions on this very server, and if you make an enemy with the wrong one, then you probably won't be having the best time on this server. So making threats to everyone on this server by saying you alone, will bring hell upon them, isn't what I would consider smart.

1. Treat people as you would be treated and you will not have near as issues you are having
2. bringing the fact that you started talking junk and then start complaining because your little friend got his glass jaw shut!

One, treating people as you would want to be treated, doesn't just apply to Hoban, myself, or Brake. It applies to you as well.

Two, I didn't bring the fact that anyone was talking crap about you up, nor did I start complaining about it because someone was shot down. I was giving you constructive criticism to take a look at and change about either yourself or your faction. What happened last night, could've ended differently, and I would have given you a better feedback, instead, this is what happened. If you really don't like it, why are you here? Ask yourself that.

Three, people who know me know that I have a very short attitude when it comes to people who directly want to insult me, and an apology letter over private message generally doesn't do that trick. So frankly, simmer down and actually try responding in a neutral tone.

I'd like to point out for probably the fifth time, that no one was talking trash. Nothing that was said to you, each other, or other players that past by was trash talk. No one stopped you from making credits other than yourself, remember what I said above, that it was you who planet dived? Yeah, you could have just left, and left it at that.

Also, my character responded as he should have in such situation. Saying that he's an enemy because he avenged two people who were shot down for no apparent reason, is exactly part of his roleplay.

"Engaging hostiles" Isn't roleplay, and what I saw last night, wasn't roleplay. There wasn't any prior roleplay to you coming up on the gunboat thinking you were better than everyone else and start shooting people. That isn't roleplay, that is a child acting childish.

I didn't ram your transport, someone else did, and while transport ramming or capital ship ramming is frowned upon, I frankly thought it was pretty interesting at how this other players character reacted to seeing your ship as a pinata. This was another point in time that you could've have told the player to stop ramming your ship.

I fail to see your reason behind this. Again, no one was trash talking, this isn't trash talking, this is criticism.

And it is a know fact if you hate some one your going to try to annoy them which hoban is in the
process of getting me banned...I am sure he is I never report people when they mess with me
and when people report me its mainly because they had started something and i had finished it
then they become a sore looser and go tell an admin that they got their butts kicked and erm

This makes me doubt that you even understand the process of the player sanctions, and the process of how our moderators and admin team actually work. This entire situation isn't based off of whether or not the admin will say this or that. This situation is based off of your in game behavior, and your in game attitude, and the consequences of what happened in game. As far as I'm aware, you're not in the process of being sanctioned.

I was there, I know the situation as well as I know the back of my right hand, and the back of my right hand has a cut from one of my cats. So yeah, I do know the situation, and how you reacted wasn't fitting for a leader to switch to a gunboat and start killing people because he felt insulted.

Also, I don't think your entire post was kind or patient, frankly it came off hostile, and rude, hence why Schweinewasser said to get a grip. Which you truly need to do.

Finally, you started something when you came and interrupted the roleplay I was having at Newark, a fun and quirky roleplay that was making my day better than it had been. I think I deserve the right to step in and say my opinion on the situation.

So, I'm going to tell you what others told me. Straighten up your attitude, its only a game. If you're going to get insulted by something, leave. Go somewhere else. Log off. Don't rage kill people and call it roleplay. It isn't.
