This is the second report about aggressive behaviour of a new group of the Bretonian Privateers (labelled on transponders 13th|-HMS) against the IMG.

• 1. Incident: Hegemon miner was "fined" for mining in Dublin
  
• 2. Incident: Hegemon miner was destroyed in Omega 7
  
• 3. Incident: Talk to their leader in which he made clear he is just scum as all other pirates
  

I contacted the ship's commander who turned out to be the leader of a new, seemingly very aggressive new sort of Bretonian Privateer, callsign: 13th|-HMS.Jackal.

13th|-HMS.Jackal: I destroyed a IMG Hegmon

Guildmaster S. Degenhardt: So you are telling me, that they are not doing their job, so you have to do it. So you go out and shoot and tax the people - like IMG in Bretonia - who pay taxes to the Bretonian Government and who are to be treated as Bretonian civilians by the law.

Guildmaster S. Degenhardt: So you do not regard IMG in Bretonia as off limits to your... missions?
13th|-HMS.Jackal: Bretonia does not have settlements in Orkney which is beyond Bretonias realm yet the IMG have a base there
Guildmaster S. Degenhardt: I always understood that the Privateers do not operate inside Bretonia against their own civilian populaton

Guildmaster S. Degenhardt: The law states that our Bretonian holdings and their employees have to be treated as Bretonian civilians. Like it or not.

13th|-HMS.Jackal: depends how much a ship is hauling, usually for a 5k trans maybe 10mill or more if they are full
Guildmaster S. Degenhardt: *nods* How much for a completely full ore transport?
13th|-HMS.Jackal: I have an AI unit that tells me when certain miners are likely to be full of ore so making raids more bountiful
Guildmaster S. Degenhardt: What is the maximum payment?
13th|-HMS.Jackal: if they are annoying and difficult and not easily taxed then 15mill, if they are nice going and easy to deal with I may ask a 5k full of ore for just 5mill. Prices are variable
