Let's get back on topic please. If you dislike my suggestions, post why using rational arguments without ad hominem attacks.
I am dealing with the subject at hand... The motivation behind you posting this, and the implications it has on the way official factions are run in game and out.
Like I said, try running an official faction for a month while I hurl ever increasing requirements at you as you attempt to admin the server, hold down a social life, and a job, while keeping your members happy and entertained, and interacting with those around you in game and on the forums as much as you possibly can.
If you are capable of it, and maintaining your outlines requirements of factional activity and behaviour, while keeping your sanity intact, then hats off to you. You no longer require sleep or food.
This is frankly a ridiculous set of requirements. The ones layed out currently and enforced are (for the present time) appropriate. They are naturally subject to change as the server's environment changes. I am attacking your proposal and your methods of arguing the point, yes... But that's because I believe you are wrong, and I find your methods, manner and wildly contradictory messages from past comments in serious sections of the forum to be a little daft.
What is the agenda behind this?
Do you understand that these requirements layed out here will generate greater resentment in the server's population that the current ones?
Do you understand why that is?
What bad experience of (perhaps being a member of) an official faction do you have?
