Since you dont want to see the points of the participants in the discussion and you want stuff I urge you to model the ship submit it and wait to be approved, as it seems your point of view is the only right one.
And no you haven't met the Avalanche's False.Miner Hegg, the fact is that the most of the Hegg users dont know how to use this ship in pvp,excluding the skill factor Hegg is no way worst then P- transp- it have the same turrets count, much more hull and bat/bots, have good stafe, P transp on the other side packs more energy and smaller size,it is just matter of different tactics for different kind of ships, nothing more or less.
May be the p-transp is not as harder to learn to fly like Hegg who knows.
