Zelot, Bindo, the admins gave official factions this responsibility quite graciously. By going by the "Too bad." reasoning, you're abusing it.

I'm trying to have a nice civil discussion, perhaps brainstorming something that may work better for everyone, but if you're too hardheaded to even consider that, then perhaps talking to the admins is all that I can do.

It's nto a responsibility, it's the right of the COuncil as the official faction(s), the ruling body of the Corsairs, to determine in-rp, what happens to our tech.
The responsibility is " To maintain rosters of use and provide fair judgement upon player requests for special
employment of equipment."
And hardheaded?
You just accused three factions and ten people of abusing their power by using the tools given them.
