Question related to the Vigilante ID

Back in my [HA] days, we used liberty police IFF and were bound to the Liberty house. I guess having a BHG IFF should expand your ZoI, but I don't know for sure. The ID is pretty useless though, it could really use a fix. Like I mentioned, in the [HA], most of our chars were ex-navy, but we had no chance obtaining guardians without making an SRP. A white cell with house militaries and polices would be nice, or at least allow us to use their ships but not their guns (to avoid 4 heimdall+firekiss sabres).
