In the case of the Molly Council, you have to go through the Rogues to get the tech.
Do you know that for a fact or are you assuming so because they share the same shipline?
I'm talking mainly about weapons here, though ships are of some interest as well.
In addition, what if another case of this were to happen with a different faction, say, the Unioners? (Not to say the official Unioner faction is in danger of losing official status, just as an example) What happens then?
Why would the Mollys tech requests be shifted to the Rogues? I can understand ships, yes, but weapons? Trefoils don't belong to Rogues, at least, to my knowledge.
