Yes, the base in Chester has docking, I had to dock there for some time on my Nomad until they fixed Morph ID for weapons, and it was also easier getting from Chester to Iota/99 than directly from the Shrine to Iota/99.

Also, I say add only 1 system that's extremely, borderline impossible for a human to reach, requiring you to go to Iota/99 first, where Nomads are booming and showing that they're not quite dead yet and they're still very dangerous.

Playing as a Nomad, I feel extremely lonely, Nomad spaces are completely devoid of both Nomad players and Nomad NPCs, I spend 95% of my time in Outcasts space to roleplay and have fun instead of Nomad space.
