Standardize Weaponry

I'll put pen to paper tomorrow after I go see Green Lantern but my basic idea after talking to Stygian (my go to guy regarding PvP matters) is this:

Each faction has two versions of their weapon. A low refire, high dps, energy hog and a high refire, lower dps, energy efficient one. There would be a version of these two weapons for each fighter class; Light, Heavy and Very Heavy. Factions like the Zoners whose weapon line is all photon would only have two faction weapon choices per fighter class. Factions like the Liberty Navy would have four, as they have a laser and a plasma weapon.

This in effect creates more diversity and allows a player to customize their load out to their liking and using their own faction's weaponry to do so. I'd suggest removing all of the lower class weapons as they aren't used. As for code names? I'm not sure what to do with them.
