Les others Gallic parties can decide for themselves, but our and our allies' populations will remain spared from le Cardamine. The great mass that remains will be our target group.....and as I have said, Gallia is not your typical little Sirian house....it is as powerful, huge, and economically advanced as all of them together, and maybe even beyond that. Which means that Cardamine will reach an enourmous number of people...higher than anywhere else you have infused it before.
