[Allocutus]

Executive Commander Sarah Dvorak stepped up to the podium, tapping the mic. "Is this thing on? Good." the various officers sat in an elevated half-circle in rigid steel chairs around the cold aluminum floor of the glass-domed Tribunal Chamber. The accused knelt in the center of the half-circle, cuffed and blindfolded. The firing squad stood to the left, eight expressionless men with ancient M-14 rifles held across their chests.

"Lieutenant Smash." Dvorak looked straight at him, stroking the silhouette of the Desert Eagle beneath her black velvet cloak. "You are accused of the following charges:

Eleven counts of direct disobedience (Against Major frozen and Acting Supreme Commander Denelo)

Four counts of arguing with a set of orders given by several high ranks at once.

Three counts of remaining in hostile space against standing orders

Two counts of using rank to force lower ranks to remain in hostile space against standing orders.

This tribunal has found you guilty of all of these charges beforehand. Now, do you have anything at all to say that might not cause me to have these fine men to put hot lead into your skull within the next five minutes?"
