Maybe this alien hates Kusari people more than Phantoms. Or it serves them a purpose. Maybe we need an excuse to attack/kill them.

Also AW isn't hostile to Kusari. Just their leader.

Do not expect the Phantoms to hire AW as a defense, they would not be welcomed and it wouldn't fit the roleplay at all in this case.

I could write-up the story such that AW trying to kill the Kusari Imperial Family made sense. However, I think AW would be expected to become hostile to Kusari because of the act (yes you have a zoner rep, but I think assassination would definitely affect your rep in kusari).

I still like the idea of AW trying to get the family for ransom (that wouldn't affect your rep as much).
