Well now I've managed to get some proof oh how RPless your people have gotten let me post some rules for you.

5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
Transports/Freighters/Liners which have been killed in a PvP fight may return to the system in which they were destroyed but only for purposes of moving through the system or for trade within that system. They may only act in a purely defensive manner. This exemption applies only to players who are in the system for the purposes of trading and does not apply to mining, piracy or any other activity.

Now today it happened by your BAF Cdr evyn and a few other people The first time i was killed fair and square then i undocked from leeds spotted the IMG ship asked if he needed an escort while i was waiting on a reply i was shot at by the BPA officer with no engagment notice or RP, so i used my right of self defense to shoot him back. After that i Undocked from leeds and instantly evyn shot at me without giving a second thought. Thank god for the spawn sheild.
unfortunately i got no evidence for that but i got this let me quote another rule.

insulting people at all wasn't suppose to be in the BPA or the BAF since i thought they wouldn't allow insulting other people so let me post the list of comments aswell. Also stop your people from meta gaming i heard from alivn that no report about me has been filed about me shooting down the QCP and HMS argyll. so how would they know
This is just feed back and since i'm to nice i won't be reporting it to the admins, also if any admin sees this don't Sanction anyone ;p i'm just pointing out that the BPA and the BAF have gotten out of hand by far.
oh aye and Hornet seven was telling them that they were getting out of hand but they just shot him down, words wise nothing more.
Also let me quote myself i was just ignoring them when i said your while they were shooting at me until they stopped i asked "your stopping?" they started shooting again. Really? At the moment even liberty does better RP
