A multi-House formed organization that is allied to the Corsairs? No, just no. I understand that you're Outcast hunters and to their smugglers, but the Corsairs still won't want to be with you. Neutral-friendly perhaps.

Gallic Navy and Police will not like you, at least to my understanding since if memory serves, they used The Outcasts to get some local information, correct me if wrong there. But they're generally xenophobic anyway.

I'm also going to take a stab that the Bounty Hunter Guild and Mercenaries will not like you for jumping in on their business, but with you getting a salary lore wise.
