Note to every1: The mod is with disabled F1 option! And Another thing - I had to erase and re-install FL when I activated discovery and found out that the F1 menu is still disabled! So have this in mind.
And yes I know all the astro-phisycs. The mad has even horizontal trust. But all that trust is very hard to controll manually. In space shuttles and stuff the things are slowly taken and operated by computers. Even the most modern fighters like, lets say F22, have a very sophisticated computers on board. The comp. keeps the plane in the air, not the pilot. He just moves the control lever and the computer systems do all the math.
But there u do all the math. I have always explained to myself the physics of FL ship by the fact that computer systems take care of everything , the player just pushes accelaration , side trust , engine kill..etc. But in FL:CE you do all that. And to think that if u press W to increace for maximum speed ... I haven't found out whats the max speed ... but I told you I was doin' 1600 m/s easy.
Think about it... my docking attempts were all pointless. I even stabilized the ship infront the dock door (don't ask how hard it is) and when u press F3 the auto-pilot takes the thing somewhere else and everything goes to hell... Maybe I won't try playing it soon. Especially with the fact that I have to reinstal Fl everytime i want to return to normal FL.
