I am Number 6 of the Cylon forces in Sirius. I apologize for coopting your private frequencies. We would like to open a diplomatic dialogue with you for the benefit of both our peoples. We have explored much of the Sector and found that you are the very best at dealing with artificial intelligence (AI). While we are no longer bound by the limits of traditional AI, we are interested in establishing a relationship for the development of more potent logic. We are also greatly interested in your work with the biologic designation: Nomads. We are new to this sector and are in need of information to better our defense vessels and aid in the development of new ships. In return we can offer our forces to augment your own and an exchange of information. We await your response.
