By your own words it wasn't all in role play.
The parts that are in bold makes it clear that the line where you mention the player list (group) was meant to be out of role play.

My issue isn't that you used the player list. Everyone does. My issue is that instead of merely role playing with him, you went ooRP. You broke immersion. That and your attitude. He came here with a valid complaint. That you brought ooRP into RP, which was wrong because you forgot the // by your own admittance. Yet you labelled it QQ.

Edit: That said. Per admin guidance one issue like what Hone pointed out isn't faction feedback. Multiple issues however is. So, I'll admit that per admin guidance he shouldn't have posted it here.
Mortal enemies contact each other via PM all of the time. It isn't ooRP, it is role play. PM's aren't just for use by your friends. Is it ooRP to contact your mortal enemy on the forums via a comm thread? No. Same applies to PMs in game. Just shouldn't harass people using it.

I have no problem with him PMing was all in all quite nice, and I did admit my mistake in forgetting the //, thing is, we continued to talk and continued role play, it didn't end up there, it ended up with few inRP insults (Kudos to Hone on waffle, made me chuckle a lot).
You seem to miss the bigger picture since a lot of the conversation is missing in his SS.
Sorry, but whining for this at the forums does sound a lot like QQing.
The only thing I am sorry for, is docking in a fight with MM~ today (no I didn't hug) he simply got me in bad mood after empty patrol when I am laggy and some random lolwut attacked me too (he did tell him to stop, but until the lolwut understood it, he downed my shields and snatched away ~15bots) so yeah, I do feel bad for it, other then that splendid day, burned down a Dunkirk, saw a BMM miner doing kamikaze on 3 BS patrols near stokes and much more.
