The overhelming forces I don't approve at all, but as I'm not in the faction anymore, I can't do anything about it.
I also don't approve a Privateer docking at a BHG station in kusari space surrounded by KNF NPCs, and the KNF Battleship at less than 10k from it, if you are allowed to do it? Maybe, if I consider it a lame trick, you bet at it.
Privateers are semi-lawfuls as best, there's not 1 semi-lawful faction in good terms with the BHG. And much less if you are not in Bretonia, where privateers are not "semi"-lawfuls, but unlawfuls.
But again, that's just my opinion.
Your point about the gank? Yes, it's wrong, in my opinion (again). If you asked by your actions? In my opinion, yes.
